We had a wonderful family gathering at Aunt Linda and Uncle Steve's on the 4th of July. Chelsea's first 4th of July in fact, and it looks like Chelsea and Uncle Steve are having quite the serious discussion about it. I think she was more interested in getting his glasses off his face than in what he had to say.
Here she was telling Cousin Teresa (Mine) she was going this way and not that way, and yes she still needed a bit of help but being the independent female she could handle things just fine by herself thank you very much.!!
Teresa's girls, Yvette & Amanda were having a lot of fun with Miss Chelsea as you can see by the big smiles on all their faces.
The boys were playing a game of boccie ball, and I am not at all sure they were following the rules all that closely
And neither was Chelsea by the furrowed look on her face watching them.
Uncle Steve was manning the grill while they were playing and.....
Aunt Linda was letting them know for sure they were not playing very well nor following the rules, and the point was to keep the game inside of the lines boys!!!

Ian thought it was okay to let Chelsea play with is new expensive cell phone, little did he know she was going to soon see if it was water/drool proof.!!
Here is Godfather Aaron and Chelsea shortly before going to the fireworks, so she is in her jammies and a little tired and definitely tired of pictures.
Last but not least here she is with Sue, who she does not get to see very often either.
It was a great day, and Chelsea was not at all afraid of the fireworks and the very loud booms from them going off. She had just had enough of a very long day and was super tired, and actually fell asleep during her very first fireworks. She was a trooper and did great though and we can't wait till next year.
