Chelsea's Visit with Santa

We got her all ready in her outfit Grandma Griswold got her to go see Santa at Great Lakes Crossing where they had it all set up with snow globes and such from the Polar Express movie. Little did we know even getting there early on a Sunday we would have to wait two hours. But she didn't fuss much and was really good through all the waiting for her big moment with Santa Claus. Apparently we are cruel and abusive parents!!!
She couldn't figure out how those snowflakes were on the floor and on her and the stroller...
In the final snow globe they had the conductor and the one little boy on the train and snow falling... she got such a kick out of that. Until she tried to eat some of that fake snow... don't think that would have been too good for her.
Then the big moment with Santa.... complete meltdown.... and this was the best of the bunch.... The instant she was put on his lap. It was downhill from here. She was bent in half trying to lurch off his lap. And the second Daddy took her off her Santa's lap she was just fine again.
Poor day care on Dec. 19th had Santa at their party, yep she cried again and wanted nothing to do with that man....
